Personal: She is the daughter of MacKay and Shelly, both BYU graduates, and has two siblings, Sydne and Kian. Cameron plans to major in biology after tutoring in that subject, as well as math. A National Honor Society and LEAP Club member with a 4.0 gpa, she also assists her dad at his orthodontics practice.
Tingey on Utah: "I chose Utah because of it's outstanding location, the great coaching staff and players, the tradition of the soccer program and the fantastic academics offered."
Manning on Tingey: "Cameron is a fast, physical outside defender. Her speed and toughness make it hard for forwards to get by her. She gets forward with pace as well. She is comfortable on the left side. We have been impressed with her competitive spirit and character."
