Head Coach Rich Manning
On playing UNLV, which got a bye in the quarterfinals: "UNLV is a terrific team. They have improved a lot in the last month since we played them the first time. Technically they are a lot better, and their technical speed is better."
"They (UNLV) were fresh. We were just trying to stay in the game early on. That's one thing about soccer, unlike some other sports, where you can get out played a little bit early, then be able to play you way into the game without getting out of it early."
On halftime adjustments: "At the half, we were just kind of like this could be our last half of soccer of the season. We had to pick it up. I give a lot of credit to UNLV because they played very well."
On Kiley Jones' goal: "Kiley's goal was outstanding. The last eight to 10 games, I've talked to her before the game and said `this is going to be the day you get a goal.' Today was the one. She does all of the dirty work in the middle. That was a world-class shot. We like her on the outside on free kicks because she can do that."
Goalkeeper Ashley Mason
On saving the second-half shot by Annii Magliulo: "She got a toe into it off a cross. Had that gone in it might have changed the whole game. I didn't want to come out yesterday and say that we were going to get revenge, but we got our revenge now."
