The University of Utah lacrosse team will face the Jacksonville University Dolphins to honor its seniors' last home game and third conference match of the season. The game will take place at Ute Field at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 12.

UTAH LACROSSE: NEED TO KNOWS
- Utah is in its seventh year as a Division I program, holding an overall record of 47-37.
- Head coach Andrew McMinn is in his fourth season with the Utes and is the all-time wins leader at Utah with a record of 35-17.
- The Utes are in their fourth season in the ASUN conference, coming off three consecutive ASUN regular season titles (2022, 2023, 2024) and back-to-back ASUN Championships (2023, 2024).
- Two Utes received ASUN preseason awards, with junior Ryan Stines claiming a unanimous vote for preseason Attack of the Year and senior Cody Hart being named preseason Midfielder of the Year.
- Utah earned the top spot in the preseason ASUN Coaches Poll, the fourth straight year that Utah has been voted the No. 1 preseason ranking in the league.
- Since McMinn's first season in 2022, the Utes have broken over 70 school records in just 47 games.
- Utah finished 24th overall in the NCAA Men's lacrosse rankings for 2024.
LAST TIME OUT
The Utes are currently sitting on a 2-0 ASUN record for the season, after dominating Mercer 16-10.
- The Utes tallied 13 caused turnovers, eight more than the Bears.
- Marking 59 shots to Mercer's 39, over twenty different Utes tallied an attempt.
- This marked Utah's first time this season shutting out an opponent in the fourth quarter.
- Two long-pole players were able to each hit the back of the net, Dallin Tanner and Nikko DiPonio.
- Three Utes recorded their first goal of the season: Tanner, Sky Rold and DiPonio.
- Utah picked up 48 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers compared to Mercer's 26 ground balls and five caused turnovers.
- Stines tied his season-high of seven points, this time with six assists and one score.
MAD HATTERS
Six Utes have marked down at least one hat trick this season, with two players, both underclassmen, achieving it multiple times.

Cade Faulkner is leading the Utes with his four hat tricks, scoring three goals in back-to-back games at Ohio State and Delaware, then finding it again against Syracuse and at Virginia.

Luke McNamara and senior
Cody Hart were the first of the season to tally three plus goals, hitting this mark at No. 19 Ohio State and pushing the Utes to their first ranked win of the season. McNamara went on to earn his second hat trick at Dartmouth alongside
Zachary White, who earned the first in his career. Senior
Jonas Hunter found his first as Ute in the match against Delaware, while freshman
Chase Robertson hit the mark against Marquette for his career-first hat trick
AT THE TOP
Freshman
Luke McNamara is at the top of the Utah scoring roster, finding 19 points in the goal, with sophomore
Cade Faulkner close behind, marking 18 scores this season. With 12 goals and 29 assists,
Ryan Stines has tallied 41 points throughout the season, 20 more than the second-highest on the team.
HELPING HAND
Ryan Stines has accumulated 29 assists in ten games this season, ranking first in the ASUN and sixth in the nation for assists per game, averaging 2.90. In just the past two matches, at Bellarmine and against Mercer, Stines has marked down 10 assists.
IN THE CAGE
Junior
Colin Lenskold has faced 405 shots in the cage so far this season, tallying up 117 saves in ten games, finding a save percentage of 50.8%. Marking an odd statistic, Lenskold faced exactly 39 shots against Utah's first three opponents, and then saw 39 shots again, for the fourth time this season, at Vermont.
ASUN HONORS
After a win over Mercer, junior
Dallin Tanner was awarded ASUN Defensive Player of the Week. Tanner scored his first goal of the season and caused four turnovers. With the Herriman, Utah native's efforts, the Utes were able to hold the Bears to just ten points.
Junior
Nikko DiPonio and senior
Cody Hart were awarded this season's first ASUN weekly honors after a 19-13 Utah win against No. 19 Ohio State. DiPonio was named Defensive Player of the Week after his nine ground balls and one caused turnover held the defensive side for the Utes. On the offensive, Hart earned his title after scoring four goals and a helper to tally up five points.
