Utah Head Coach Rich Manning
"Our performance in the first half was the best offensive effort of the season. We could have had four or five goals in the first, but they did a good job defensively. We did an excellent job passing and reading our forward runs. I was very happy with our pin-point passing and overall team effort today."
"They made some changes in the second half and went man-to-man on defense, which made it difficult for us to adjust."
"(Ashley) Mason's shutout streak came to an end, but that was an overall team error. We let a lot of balls get away, which should have never happened. We need to work on clearing the ball better."
"We need to be more physical because teams are doing a good job disrupting our rhythm, and that is something we can't let happen."
Utah Forward Amanda Feigt
"It felt really good to score my goal in the first half. We played very strong as a team and everyone performed well. We did a good job of making opportunities for our teammates today."
Utah Forward Kim Lloyd
"This was a great game! We are finally coming together as a team and our rhythm is much better. The freshman are playing well and our passing is getting better and better with each game."
"They came out in the second half and tried to stick it to us, but I thought we did a good job getting another goal and keeping our composure."
Utah Forward Adele Letro
"As a team, we had a very good game. I was excited to come out and play an entire game. We are playing much better as a team and we deserve an `A' today for our effort. We have been working really hard this off-season and it's beginning to pay off."
