Head Coach Rich Manning
On the game: "I thought the game was pretty choppy. Part of that I would credit Utah Valley because they gave a great effort, as well as good toughness. Also a part of that was our inconsistency in settling the ball down today."
On expectations for the rest of the season: "We want to win the conference championship, so we are going to prepare ourselves to do that. We still have some areas of the game we want to improve on, but we have a lot of new players out there, a lot of players playing different positions. We want to keep working on the fundamentals so we can get those down."
Senior Erin Pruitt
On senior day: "It was really emotional and exciting. It was a great day to honor us, and we are very appreciative."
On the program: "Rich (Manning) came in and made us realize that we could win a national championship, and that is our goal. We have shown everybody that we can be better."
