2027 Schedule Finalized for Utah Baseball

Utes slated to host 23 home games after participating in three early season tournaments
SALT LAKE CITY – Utah Baseball and head coach Gary Henderson unveiled the team's 2027 schedule on Thursday as the Utes look to build on positive momentum from the program's first season inside Charlie Monfort Field at America First Ballpark.
Overall, the Utes have 54 games on the docket with 23 to be played in Salt Lake City. It is anticipated to be one of the stronger schedules in recent program history and will see the Utes host four teams that played in last year's NCAA Tournament.

Utah will begin the season with three non-conference tournaments. The Utes will open the new year at the MLB Desert Invitational from February 19-22 in Arizona. The following weekend, the club will jet to Corpus Christi, Texas, for the Kleberg Bank College Classic. Matchups for both tournaments will be shared once finalized.
Already announced, Utah has been invited to the Bruce Bolt College Classic from March 5-7. It'll be hosted by the Houston Astros at Daikin Park and pit the Utes against Louisiana, UConn and Louisville.
The home schedule begins March 9 and 10 vs. Northern Colorado, kicking off nine straight contests in SLC. It includes the first Big 12 Conference series of the season as Cincinnati visits from March 19-21.
The Utes will ride over to Daybreak on March 23 to take on the Salt Lake Bees—the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels—for an exhibition game inside The Ballpark at America First Square. Utah last faced the Bees in 2011 and had a 2013 matchup canceled due to weather.
Additional Big 12 home series for the Utes include Oklahoma State (April 9-11), the BYU rivalry series (April 15-17), Kansas (April 30-May 2) and Arizona State (May 14-16). The in-league road docket includes trips to Arizona (March 25-27), Houston (April 2-4), Kansas State (April 23-25), UCF (May 7-9) and Texas Tech (May 20-22).
Along with the March midweek series vs. Northern Colorado, the Utes will host CSUN (March 12-15), Utah Tech (March 30) and Utah Valley (May 11). Midweek road tilts include Lamar (April 5), Utah Valley (April 13), Utah Tech (April 27) and BYU (May 4).
Following the regular season, the Big 12 Tournament will take place in Surprise, Arizona, from May 25-29 with the winner receiving the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. A Big 12 team has advanced to 10 of the last 11 Men's College World Series.
