Utah Baseball to Participate in 2027 Bruce Bolt College Classic

Six-team tournament hosted at Houston Astros’ Daikin Park in March

HOUSTON – The Utah baseball team will take part in the 2027 Bruce Bolt College Classic, as the tournament schedule was unveiled by the Houston Astros on Thursday. The 27^th annual event will be held from March 5-7, 2027, and will be played at Daikin Park.

The tournament benefits the Astros Foundation and features six teams and nine games over three days.

Utah will open up the event on Friday, March 5, against 2026 Starkville Regional participant Louisiana. The Utes will then face UConn on Saturday, March 6, before wrapping up the tournament against Louisville on Sunday, March 7. It'll mark the first time in recorded history that Utah faces each of these baseball programs.

Utah's full 2027 regular season schedule will be announced at a later date.
