LUBBOCK, Texas – The Utah track & field team wrapped up its first Big 12 Indoor Championships on Saturday inside the Sports Performance Center on the Campus of Texas Tech University – finishing with 13 points as a team.
Millie Wilcox opened the second and final day of action for Utah in the mile and finished fifth-overall with another PR run of 4:39.40 (aa) – earning Utah four points.
Kyla Martin chipped in with another three points later on after she finished sixth-overall in the women's 800m run with a mark of 2:05.54 (aa).
Erin Vringer also picked up a top-eight finish for the Utes after she crossed the finish line with a run of 9:02.60 (aa) in the 3000m race for fifth-overall – which also gave Utah another four points. Meanwhile,
Clara Mayfield registered a new PR in the event, posting a run of 9:28.62 (aa) for 11th-overall.
Utah's 4x400m relay squad of
Bailey Kealamakia,
Chelsea Amoah,
Annie Ivins and
Emily Martin teamed up to post a time of 3:38.59 – which was good for third all-time at Utah.

Utah's DMR squad will now get to go back to SLC and train before heading out to Virginia Beach, Va., for the NCAA Championships March 14-15 inside the Virginia Beach Sports Center.
