DANIEL'S DAY
Utah sophomore
Harley Daniel had a great day of competition last Saturday, securing two top-5 finishes in the hurdle events and then ran the anchor leg of the 4x400m relay to help the Utes secure the win. Daniel first set a new PR in the 100m hurdles with a final time of 13.75 to improve her second-place mark in the all-time record book at Utah. The Boring, Ore., native then went out and posted a PR time of 58.21 in the 400m hurdles to win the event in pouring rain and move up two spots in the record book. She then closed the day running anchor in the 4x400m relays to record a combined time of 3:41.34 – which ended up being the fourth-fastest time in program history.
