• Was the first Knight to cross the finish line with a time of 21:10.8 for 10th at the NCAA DII Championships
• Helped Carleton College to a third-place finish behind a runner-up finish individually with a mark of 21:45.5
• Led team to team to a runner-up finish while also finishing second (21:39.1) at the MIAC Championships
• Checked in at seventh with a mark of 21:28.5 at the Lewis & Clark Invite
• Was second at the Blugold Invitational behind a run of 21:58.5
• Took second at the Carleton Running of the Cows meet
• Won the St. Olaf Invitational 6k race with a run of 22:24.1
• Opened the season with her first 5k race at the Hardrocker XC Classic with a third-place run of 19:13.9

• Placed 14th in her first NCAA DIII Championships with a time of 17:22.17 in the 5000m race
• Captured the 10000m crown (35:33.86) in her first MIAC Championships
• Won the 5000m race with a time of 17:04.46 at the Tommie Twilight
• Placed fourth in the 5000m (17:08.17) race at the Hamline Showcase
• Took first in the 1500m and fifth in the 800m race while also helping the 4x400m relay team take third at the Carleton Relays

• Opened her collegiate career winning the Ken Weidt Classic with a 6k time of 22:38.6
• Followed up with another win at the Running of the Cows meet (22:20.9)
• Placed fourth at the Dan Huston Invitational
• Finished third (22:00.7) individually to help Carleton College win the MIAC Championship
• Helped the Knights win the NCAA DIII Central Region Championships with a fifth-place finish (22:37.7)

• Lettered in cross country and track & field at Manhattan High School
• Guided MHS to two league championships (2017-18), three regional championships (2015, 2017-18) and one state championship (2015) in cross country
• Led Indians to a runner-up finish at the 2016 state regional championships in cross country
• Helped MHS to a pair of third-place finish at the state cross country championships (2016 & 2018)
• Captured individual cross country league championship title and regional title in 2017
• Was a runner-up individually at the league cross country championship and regional championship in 2018
• Came in fifth individually at the state regional championships back-to-back years (2015-16)
• Was a triple crown winner in 2019, winning the league, regional and state championship titles in the 1600m
• Captured the 1600m league and regional championship crown in 2018
• Clinched the 800m league title in 2019 and regional title in 2018
• A two-time league champion (2017-18) and a two-time regional champion (2018-19) in the 3200m
• Competed in the 3000m and 5000m races at the 2019 USATF Outdoor U20 Junior National Championships finishing sixth and fifth, respectively
• Won the 3000m (10:33.20) race and took second in the mile (5:09.01) at the Indoor Prentice Gudgen HS Invitational in 2018
