Utah Football Ready To Host TCU For Ute Proud Game

THE GAME
The University of Utah Football team is back in Rice-Eccles Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 8:30 p.m. MT when they take on the TCU Horned Frogs. Utah's annual Ute Proud game will air on ESPN.Â

Utah is 120-38 (.759) in Rice-Eccles Stadium (1998-present) and is 92-27 in RES during the Kyle Whittingham era.
•     Utah has five undefeated home seasons under Whittingham (2022, 6-0; 2021, 6-0; 2019, 7-0; 2009, 6-0; 2008, 6-0) with the Utes winning 33 of their last 36 home games, which included a streak of 18 in a row from Dec. 5, 2020 – Oct. 14, 2023.Â
•     It was the second-longest streak in the Whittingham era with the longest streak taking place Sept. 15, 2007 – Oct. 23, 2010 (21 games).
•     Utah has sold out Rice-Eccles Stadium in 86 consecutive games, dating back to the 2010 season opener.
