The Basics: The Utah women's basketball program is geared up to start a four-game home stand, starting with Seattle University on Monday, Nov. 26. The game against the Redhawks is set for a 7 p.m. MT tip in the Huntsman Center.

The Opponent: The Seattle University Redhawks are 0-4 on the season with one more game at Portland State on Saturday prior to heading to Salt Lake City. Of their four losses, one is to Pac-12 foe Arizona where the Redhawks fell 84-54 in a tournament in Hawaii. Seattle U enters the weekend only averaging 3.8 three-pointers per game, but ranks in the top-20 in the nation in three-point defense, only allowing teams to average 19-percent shooting from deep. The Redhawks are led by junior guard Kamira Sanders who is averaging 15.3 points and 2.2 assists per game.

Next Up: Utah gets the month of December started with a home game against Utah Valley on Saturday, Dec. 1 at 5:30 p.m. MT. The game will be Utah's first TV game of the season, airing on Pac-12 Networks.

• Utah ranks 15th nationally in the blocks (25), also ranking second in the Pac-12 in blocks per game (5.0).
Megan Huff and
Dre'Una Edwards are tied for fifth in the Pac-12 in blocks per game (1.6).
• Utah ranks 17th nationally in total assists (86) and first in the Pac-12. Utah has two players ranked in the top-10 in the Pac-12 in assists per game with
Dru Gylten in fifth (6.2) and
Erika Bean tied for eighth (5.0).
Last Time Out: The Utes put up 95 points and shot 63-percent from the floor in their 95-51 road win at Eastern Washington on Nov. 21. Utah had four players reach double-digits, including
Megan Huff and
Dre'Una Edwards who both put up 19 points. Huff added 10 rebounds for her third double-double of the season with
Daneesha Provo chipping in 15 points and a career-high four steals.
Erika Bean rounded out Utah's scorers in double figures with a season-high 14 points. She added seven rebounds, six assists and a career-high three blocks to her stat line.
Utah vs. The Western Athletic Conference: Utah moves from a two-game stretch against teams from the Big Sky to a two-game series against teams from the WAC in Seattle U and Utah Valley. The Utes are 30-6 against the current members of the WAC and are meeting Seattle U for the first time in program history.
Huff Looks For 1,000: Through 35 games in a Utah uniform,
Megan Huff has 534 points. With her 534 points as a Ute and the 437 points he accumulated during her two seasons at Hawaii, the senior is just 29 points away from eclipsing 1,000 career points (971).
Dru Ranks High:In four of her first five games in a Utah uniform, redshirt freshman
Dru Gylten has had six or more assists, including her career-high nine against Eastern Washington. She has 31 total this season which is tied for first in the Pac-12 and third nationally.
95 in Cheney:Utah put up a season-high 95 points at Eastern Washington on Nov. 21, the first 90-point game of the season. The last time Utah scored 90+ points was last season against Incarnate Word (90-31). Utah has scored in the 90-point range in six games and are 6-0 when scoring 90-or-more points under the direction of
Lynne Roberts.
Offense into Defense:Erika Bean currently ranks fourth in the Pac-12 in assists (25) and is tied for first in steals (11). She is just one of three players in the league to rank in the top-10 in both categories.
Huff for Three: After being held scoreless from the three in Utah's season-opener,
Megan Huff has hit 11 threes in the last four games, shooting 58-percent from the arc in that stretch. She is shooting 52-percent for the season and ranks ninth in the conference. She has four games this season and 12 in her career with two-or-more threes.
Defensive Difference: The Utes are 31-3 when holding an opponent to 60 points or less under the direction of
Lynne Roberts. Utah is 4-0 this season when holding an opponent to 60 points or less.
