PRIOR TO UTAH: Played two seasons at Montana State (2015-16) … 13 tackles, one interception and one pass breakup in six starts as a sophomore … played in nine games with six starts his freshman season, finishing with 20 tackles and six pass breakups (second on the team) … two-time all-state at Skyview HS in Billings, Mont., making the second team in 2014 and honorable mention in 2013 … also second-team all-conference as a senior in 2014 … played in the Badlands Bowl (Montana-North Dakota All-Star game) … team captain … two-time all-conference in basketball … Skyview won the 2015 state title in basketball … basketball team captain … also competed in track, finishing second in the state in the triple jump in 2015 … third in the state in the triple jump in 2014.
PERSONAL: Son of Chris Dixon and Brandie Strong … two brothers and two sisters … went to high school in Montana, but considers Denver, Colo., as his hometown … is considering kinesiology as a major … full name is Tre'von William Strong … goes by Tré (pronounced tray).
