- In his first collegiate start, Rose fired a pair of touchdown passes against BYU, totaling 112 yards passing, as well as 55 yards rushing.
- Saw his first collegiate action in Utah’s season-opening win over Southern Utah.
- Entered in the second half at Houston, completing seven passes for 45 yards.

High School: Three-star pro-style quarterback out of Murrieta Valley HS, passing for 7,521 career yards and 74 touchdowns.
- Named Southwestern League MVP on the way to leading his team to a league championship as a senior.
- Three-time all-league selection, earning first-team as a junior and senior.
- Recorded 3,002 passing yards (174-of-260) and 33 touchdowns as a senior, also notching 236 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
- Threw for 1,415 yards and 11 touchdowns in a shortened five-game junior season, completing 70-percent of his passes while adding 193 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
- Earned All-Area second-team in 2019 as a sophomore.
- Was 201-of-294 passing (68-percent) for 3,087 yards and 30 touchdowns, also rushing for 395 yards and six scores as a sophomore.
