TUCSON, Ariz. – The Utah track & field team officially closed out the regular-season Saturday night at the Desert Heat Classic inside Drachman Stadium.

The 4x100m relay team got things going for Utah on the track, running the third-fastest mark in program history with a mark of 44.31 behind the legs of
Haley Duvall,
Kinzlee Riddle,
Matejah Mangum and
Chelsea Amoah.
Â
Matejah Mangum didn't quite move up on the all-time list, but she did improve her hold on the No. 3 spot all-time at Utah with a new PR time of 11.55 in the 100m dash to take second in her heat.

In the 400m hurdles,
Lela Divinity crossed the finish line at 1:01.17 – just ahead of María Alvarado's PR run of 1:02.28.

Chelsea Amoah broke the school record in the 200m dash after posting a new personal best time of 23.00 to surpass teammate Emily martin – who held the record since April 26, 2025. Amoah's time was the fastest among collegian's and second only to professional runner and former Oregon All-American Jenna Prandini.

The 4x400m relay team closed out the evening for Utah with a combined run of 3:45.66. Earlier in the day,
Glo Hussey was just shy of her of PR in the long jump with a day's best leap of 6.02m (19-9).

UP NEXT
Utah now turns its attention towards the championship season and will return to Drachman Stadium in less than two weeks for the Big 12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships starting on Thursday, May 14, through Saturday, May 16.
