Utah divers headed to Atlanta for NCAA Women’s Swimming and Diving National Championships
SALT LAKE CITY – Senior Kathryn Grant and sophomore Callie Eaglestone will represent the University of Utah at the NCAA Division I Women's Swimming and Diving Championships in Atlanta this week.
Grant will compete in all three diving events while Eaglestone will compete exclusively on the 1-meter springboard.

Utah earned a total of 10 Big 12 Conference weekly awards this season:

Since joining the Big 12 prior to last season, Utah has claimed 20 weekly awards, 13 of which have come from divers. Petersen leads all Utes with five weekly awards, all Diver of the Week nods, and was recognized as the conference's Diver of the Year a season ago.

Looking Back
Utah divers showed out at the Big 12 Championships last week, claiming seven conference medals.
Big 12 Championships
- Eaglestone, Grant and Enilia Nilsson Garip both gold in the team event to kick off the Big 12 Conference Championships.
- Grant and Eaglestone placed third and fourth, respectively, on the 1-meter board. Grant earned bronze with a 301.20 and Eaglestone came in fourth with a 297.75 list total.
- Eaglestone won bronze on the 3-meter board, scoring 326.25. The sophomore also came in fifth on platform with a 240.05.
- Eaglestone claimed the 1-meter championship at NCAA Zones, becoming the first Utah woman ever to win at Zones and the first Utah champion since 2016.
- Grant finished fourth on the 1-meter board, 10th on 3-meter and sixth on platform.
