TUCSON, Ariz. - The University of Utah men's golf team completed the Arizona Intercollegiate Tuesday at the Arizona National Golf Club. The Utes tallied a final score of 899 (299-298-302), while sophomore Daniel Engle continued to lead the squad in individual standings.
Engle earned a top-twenty finish with a score of 214 (70-73-71), to tie for 14th. Freshman Gentry Hicks was next to finish on the Ute roster, tying for 48th with a final score of 227 (74-73-80). Freshman Myles Sullivan swung a mark of 230 (78-76-76) to tie for 56th, while fellow freshman Brandon Kida placed 75th with a score of 247 (89-77-81). Junior Joe Webber, who played as an individual, swung a 226 (74-79-73) to tie for 41st.
The Utes return to action at the John Burns Intercollegiate in Oahu, Hawaii, Feb. 15-17.
