Senior (Fall 2008):
Went 7-3 in singles and 6-3 in doubles with Timmy Allin, winning the Utah Intercollegiate tournament ... also reached the finals in singles at the Utah Intercollegiate ... made the quarterfinals of the ITA Mountain Regional tournament defeating BYU's Evan Urbina and Thomas Schubert in back-to-back matches.
Junior (2007-08):
Had a 14-9 dual match singles record and went 20-11 overall ... defeated Evan Urbina of BYU, 6-2, 6-0 and Adrian Simon of No. 34 TCU, 5-7, 7-6 (13-11), 6-1 ... had a 14-5 dual doubles record and went 14-5 overall doubles with partner Timmy Allin.
Sophomore (2006-07):
Complied a 10-12 dual singles record and went 15-14 overall ... played primarily at the No. 3 spot ... teamed up with Allin to tally a 15-5 doubles record.
Freshman (2005-06):
Named team's Most Improved Player ... compiled an 18-13 overall singles record and a 13-17 doubles record ... ended season playing at No. 4 singles and No. 3 doubles ... reached the second round of the ITA Mountain Region Tournament in singles ... clinched victory for the Utes over UNLV in the first round of the MWC Tournament with win over Brett Hunter.
High School/Juniors:
Won sportsmanship award at Under 14 Winter Nationals ... All-American award recipient ... top 10 national ranking in second year of playing 16 & under ... four-time undefeated Utah high school class 3A state champion ... led Pine View High School to the team championship in 2002 ... played Junior Davis Cup two years for the Intermountain team ... reached the quarterfinals at the 2004 Easter Bowl, beating the Nos. 6, 10 and 12 seeds ... graduated in the top 10 percent of his class with a 3.9 GPA.
