UTAH: Cornerback was the only player from the February, 2016 walk-on trials invited to join the team … participated in spring camp … attended classes at Utah in 2012-13 before leaving on a church mission … sophomore in eligibility.
2016–Played in nine games on special teams … three tackles … honorable mention Pac-12 All-Academic.
HIGH SCHOOL: All-region as a senior at Alta HS (Utah) in 2011 … 55 tackles (1 TFL), an interception and seven passes defended his senior season … season-high 11 tackles against Bingham … 73 tackles, one interception and seven passes defended as a junior … first-team all-state midfielder in lacrosse … scored the game-winning goal in four overtimes to beat Juan Diego … team captain.
