Bruce Places Fifth-Overall at Beehive Invitational

Allie Bruce finished fifth-overall at the Beehive Invitational.
SALT LAKE CITY – Allie Bruce of Utah cross country finished fifth-overall at the Beehive Invitational on Thursday, Sept. 10, at Sugar House Park.
The Boise, Idaho, product ran with the lead group before crossing the finish line at 18:42.70 for fifth-overall. This was Bruce's second race of the season after competing in the UVU Invitational just last week.

The Women of Utah will get their first test and first-hand look at this year's NCAA Championship course when they compete at the John McNichols Invitational next Saturday, Sept. 19, at the LaVern Gibson Cross Country Championship Course. Gun is slated to go off at 6:30 a.m. (MDT) for the women's 6k championship race while the women's 6k open race starts at 7:40 a.m. (MDT) on RunnerSpace+ ($).
