SALT LAKE CITY – Pitcher Anna Reimers is officially the newest member of the University of Utah softball team, the program announced on Tuesday.
"We are very excited with the addition of Anna to our bullpen," said coach
Amy Hogue. "Her experience and veteran presence will be an asset to our team and pitching staff. We can't wait to see Anna in red next season!"
Reimers joins the Utes after spending four seasons with the California Golden Bears, where she appeared in 68 games and piled up 23 victories, as well as three saves. Reimers put together a winning record in all four of her years in Berkeley, including a 10-2 mark in 2023 to go with a team-best 2.86 ERA. She followed that by crafting a mark of 3.00 in 2024 and posted a 7-5 ledger in 2025. She also helped the Bears reach NCAA Regionals in three of her four seasons, collecting her first postseason victory over Missouri in 2023, and earned multiple spots on the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
A native of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, Anna is the daughter of Matt and Nicole Reimers. She is also a member of the National Honor Society.
