Despite giving up 23 offensive rebounds last Saturday against Cal Baptist, the Utah men's basketball team was able to fight through it and secure the 91-85 win. The Utes moved to 4-2 all-time when giving up 20-plus offensive boards since 1996-97 according to Stats Perform.

The Utes will get another week between games to prepare for Eastern Washington. This will serve as the third-consecutive year the Eagles have come to Salt Lake City and second in as many years under head coach Dan Monson. Chris Sylvester and former Runnin' Utes assistant coach Joe Cravens will have the call on ESPN+ starting at 5 p.m. (MST) from inside the Jon M. Huntsman Center for Utah's final non-conference game at home.
