SALT LAKE CITY — The 13th-ranked Utah football team heads back to the road for a 5 p.m. MT kickoff at Baylor in Waco, Texas. The Utes (7-2, 4-2 Big 12) and Bears (5-4, 3-3 Big 12) will meet for the third time in history and for the third consecutive season.

 THE NUMBERS
• Utah's margin of victory is among the best in the FBS this season. The Utes average margin in wins tops the country (36.4 ppg), while Utah's +255 total margin trails just No. 2 Indiana (+324), No. 8 Texas Tech (+299) and No. 1 Ohio State (+262).
• Last time out Utah held Cincinnati quarterback Brendan Sorsby to just 11-of-33 passing for 221 yards with an interception. The lowest completion percentage (33.3%) by a ranked opponent against Utah since holding Arizona State to 22.2% in 2019 and the sixth time this season the Utes held an opposing QBs to 50.0% or worse.
• The Utes rank in the Top 10 of the FBS in both scoring offense and scoring defense through Week 11, standing 7th in scoring offense (39.6 ppg) and 8th in scoring defense (14.2 ppg). Â
• Utah is 11th nationally and second in the conference in total offense at 477.2 yards per game, while The Utes are allowing just 301.1 yards per game defensively, to rank 16th nationally and second in the conference.
 UTAH FOOTBALL: NEED TO KNOWS
• Utah's offensive line has paved the way to yards and points throughout the season. The Utes rank 3rd in the FBS and lead the Big 12 in rushing offense (267.1 ypg) and are 7th in the nation in sacks allowed (0.78 spg). Utah is 4th in the country in 3rd down conversion rate at 53.3%.
• The Utes' defense has been especially stout defending the pass and currently ranks 6th in the country in passing yards allowed at 156.8 yards per game. Utah is 3rd in the NCAA in team passing efficiency defense (99.32) and 14th in team sacks (2.78 spg).
• John Henry Daley has been among the top pass rushers in the country all season, currently ranking 5th in the NCAA in both sacks (1.06 spg) and tackles for loss (1.56 tpg). Daley's 9.5 total sacks are just 2.0 sacks off the nation's lead.
