WALNUT, CA – The Utah track & field team closed out its time in Southern California on Saturday at the Mt. SAC Relays inside Hilmer Lodge Stadium with encouraging marks.

Harley Daniel kicked off the day for Utah, running a 59.14 in the 400m hurdles elite section. She was also joined by former teammate
Dinedye Denis, who won their heat with a PR mark of 56.45 and third overall in the elite section.

Fresh off of her record-breaking run in the 400m dash Friday evening,
Josefine Eriksen went out and ran the fastest time among collegians in the 800m run elite section at the Mt. SAC Relays. The Norwegian officially finished second-overall against a field consisting mostly of pros with a time of 2:03.69 – which was just behind the leader Sammy Watson (2:02.25). Eriksen's mark was also the fastest time by any Ute this season in that event.

Utah's 4x400m relay team of

Bailey Kealamakia,
Emily Martin and Daniel wrapped up the weekend for Utah tallying a time of 3:38.49 in the 4x400m relay elite section – which is the fourth-fastest mark in program history.
