Micevski falls in singles action and doubles team also falters
Tulsa, Okla. – Utah Men's Tennis experienced a tough day of qualifying competition at the ITA All-American Championships
In singles action, David Micevski was defeated in the first round by Niclas Braun of Mississippi State, 6-1, 7-5
In doubles play, Egbert Weverink and Joe Woolley drew a tough draw and were defeated by the No. 1 seeded duo Edward Covalschi and Josh Hagar of Notre Dame, 7-5, 6-0 in the Round of 64.
Micevski will continue play tomorrow in the consolation round of the qualifying singles draw against Texas Tech's Bjorn Thomson at 9:30 a.m.
