BREMERTON, Wash. - The University of Utah golf team finished the first and second rounds of the Kikkor Golf Husky Invitational Monday at the Olympic Course of Gold Mountain Golf Club. The team posted a mark of 605 (301-304) and is currently in 15th place, while sophomore Jonathon Thomas is tied for 37th with a four-over-par mark of 148 (71-77).
Senior Daniel Engle was next to finish on Utah's lineup, tying for 47th with identical rounds of 75 for a score of 150. Junior Jack Maerki posted a 152 (75-77) to tie for 55th, while senior Ben Bankhead sits in 72nd with a mark 157 (82-75). Sophomore Myles Sullivan swung a 169 (80-89) to place 74th.
