SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah men's golf team prepares for the U.S. Intercollegiate Friday through Sunday on the par-70, 6,727-yard Stanford Golf Course in Stanford, Calif.
Format
Teams will tee off on holes 1 and 10 on all three days beginning at 8:00 a.m. PT. Teams will play 18 holes each day.
The Field
The 16 team tournament includes Pac-12 conference foes Colorado, Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA, USC, Stanford, Washington and Washington State, as well as Fresno State, Nevada, Pepperdine, San Diego State, San Francisco, San Jose State, UC Davis, and Utah.
Last Time Out
Utah posted a 15th-place finish at the Barona Collegaite Cup at the Barona Creek Golf Club in Lakeside, Calif., last Friday. The team tallied a final score of 1142 (371-402-369), while freshman Gentry Hicks lead in individual standings with a mark of 221 (77-71-73) to tie for 50th place.
