Candice Workman-Ekberg (shot put, discus)
Amanda Feigt (long jump)
Vanessa Mortensen (hammer)
AJ Roby (discus)

UTES TO WATCH:
Sophomore Amanda Feigt will compete in the heptathlon this week. Feigt has trained all year to compete in the heptathlon and this week will mark the first time she's competed in the event at a conference championships. Her first effort in the heptathlon came at the Clarence Robison Invitational, last month. Feigt scored 4,856 points and earned a fourth-place finish. Her mark also ranks fifth on Utah's all-time list.
Senior Nephi Tyler should be one of Utah's top scorers this week. The Fairhaven, Mass. Native has been strong in the 1,500m and the 800m this year. Tyler clocked an NCAA regional qualifying mark in the 1,500m at the Weber State Twilight earlier this month and will look to score points in both events.
UPCOMING EVENTS:
Up next, for those Utes who qualify, is the NCAA West Regional Championship meet. Held in Eugene, Ore., competition will begin on May 28.
