PROVO, Utah - The University of Utah outdoor track and field team wrapped up the second day of competition at the BYU Clarence Robinson Invitational on Fri., May 2. The Utes have started the meet off with a bang. Erianne Allen set a new school record in the heptathlon by finishing first (5264 points). Allen's performance automatically qualified her for the NCAA Championships. Kristy Slade finished third (4964 points) and Noelle Pikus placed sixth (4249 points) in the heptathlon. Competition for the Clarence Robinson Invitational will last until Sat., May 3.
