DURHAM, N.C. - Utah senior Chris Merkley finished 13th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14 minutes, 25.99 seconds at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday. Merkley was a cross country All-American and all-Mountain West Conference for the indoor and outdoor seasons.
