- Pac-12 Winter Honor Roll Selection
- Named Pac-12 Men’s Swimmer of the Week on Feb. 13 and Feb. 20
- Earned All-American status in the 100 breast with a time of 51.35, the first Ute to become an All-American in that event
- Also competed in the 200 breast at NCAA Championships, placing 27th
- Collected first-place finishes in the 200 breast, 100 breast and 50 breast at the CMU Intermountain Shootout
- Earned first-place finishes in the 100 breast and the 200 breast on Oct. 27 vs. Arizona
- Won the 100 breast vs. UNLV on Nov. 4 in a Utah victory
- Qualified for the Olympic Trials with a time of 1.07.70 in the 100 meter breast and broke the school record with a time of 51.32 in the 100 yard breaststroke at the Texas A&M Invitational on Nov. 16. Also broke the school record in the 200 breast with a time of 1.53.37
- Placed first in the 50 breast and helped the Utes win the 800 medley relay in a defeat of Colorado Mesa on Jan. 5
- Won the 100 breast and the 200 breast and helped the Utes place first in the 400 medley relay and the 200 free relay vs. Wyoming on Jan. 19
- Posted a first-place finish in the 100 breast, breaking the Richards Building Pool record with a time of 52.31, at BYU
- Recorded a first-place finish in the 100 breast on Feb. 17 vs. USC and helped the Utes win the 400 free relay

2022-23 Season (Senior)
- Helped the Utes take first in the 400 medley relay and took second in the 100 breast and 200 breast vs. UNLV on Nov. 4
- Part of Utah's victorious 400 medley relay team at the Big Al Invitational and helped the Utes set a new program record in the 400 free relay. Also posted Utah's second-fastest time ever in the 400 IM
- Won the 200 breast with a program record time of 1:53.85 and helped the Utes win the 200 medley relay and 400 free relay on Jan. 28 against BYU.
- Took first in the 100 breast and 400 free relay on Feb. 10 at USC
- Participated in meets against Stanford and California
- Earned a bronze medal at the Pac-12 Championships as part of Utah's 200 medley relay quartet
- Placed fourth in the 100 breast at the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 51.78, setting a new school record
