2024: Played as a reserve in the win over Southern Utah.
Prior to Utah: Attended New Mexico Military Institute, where he appeared in all 12 games during the 2022 season and helped the Broncos to a 9-3 season with a win in the HF Sinclair Wool Bowl.
Personal: Parents are Tevita Taufatofua and Loloma Fine … Has three siblings, Siutaisa, Kerriane and Losaline … Enjoys finishing and listening to music … Has several cousins that played football at the college and NFL level … Fui Vakapuna and Siupeli Anau both played in the NFL … Tauni Vakapuna played running back with the Utes in 2010 and ’11 … Evahelotu Sese Tohi played football at New Mexico.
- Selected as one of three Scout Team Players of the Game coming off the win at Oklahoma State.
Prior to Utah: Attended New Mexico Military Institute, where he appeared in all 12 games during the 2022 season and helped the Broncos to a 9-3 season with a win in the HF Sinclair Wool Bowl.
- Made 81 tackles (21.5 TFL, 15.5 sacks) and forced three fumbles, along with earning one fumble recovery and a blocked kick.
- Was tied for the NJCAA Division I lead with 15.5 sacks, and ranked third with 21.5 TFL.
- Season-best nine tackles came in three different games, including wins over Blinn College and Cisco College.
