Farr transferred to Utah from Indian Hills Community College in the offseason. He will be eligible to play immediately.
Prior to Utah
First-team All-Region 11 selection as a sophomore at Indian Hills ... started 31 of 33 games on a team that went 23-10 and tied for the conference regular-season title ... team's leading scorer at 9.6 points per game and second in rebounding with 5.4 boards per contest ... led the team in steals (50) and blocked shots (29) ... named second-team all-conference as a freshman after leading the team with 11.9 points ... second in rebounding at 4.2 boards per game and 3-pointers made (44), while scoring double figures in 24 of 33 games ... started all 33 games ona 25-8 team which won in conference championship outright.
High School
Graduated from Broome High School in 2009 ... named all-conference as a senior, leading Broome in scoring and rebounding ... earned several Player of the Week honors in basketball and football ... was also a highly-regarded football recruit at wide receiver ... excelled on defense as well, leading the state in interceptions twice (11 as a senior, nine as a junior).
