SALT LAKE CITY – Coming off a Week 2 slate where several Utah Football alumni shined, Week 3 is projected to feature 23 Pro Utes across 11 games.

Last week in the NFL was full of impact from former Utah Utes, highlighted by a performance that earned Carolina linebacker Devin Lloyd a nod as NFC Defensive Player of the Week. In a dominant 34-3 road victory over Atlanta, the former consensus All-American made nine tackles, two TFL, a sack, a QB hurry and two interceptions—one of them a pick-six.

Former quarterback Brian Johnson (2004-08) is now on the Los Angeles Rams' staff as a senior offensive assistant, while Utah signal-caller Mike McCoy (1992-94) has joined the Las Vegas Raiders as assistant head coach.
