DENVER— No. 12 Utah Gymnastics clinched their second straight Big 12 Regular Season Title on the road against No. 21 Denver, 197.200 – 196.100.

The Red Rocks set a solid foundation in rotation one going 49.325 on bars to take an early lead over Denver (49.175).
Makenna Smith started bars off for Utah with a 9.825.
Ella Zirbes added a 9.875 before
Ana Padurariu and
Avery Neff closed out strong with a 9.90 and 9.95 respectively.
Utah hung on in rotation two, 98.475-98.325, going 49.150 on vault as a team.
Camie Winger contributed a 9.80 to get things going for the Red Rocks, followed by a 9.825 by
Zoe Johnson, and a 9.875 from Neff. Smith had the highest score on vault, posting a 9.925 with a stuck landing.
Utah recovered nicely on floor posting a 49.450 to take a 147.925 – 146.875 lead over the Pioneers heading into the fourth and final rotation.
Neff posted a 9.875 in the middle of the rotation to get the Red Rocks heading in the right direction, setting up Zirbes for a 9.95, matching her career high. Smith and freshman
Sage Curtis closed floor out strong with back-to-back 9.925s, the latter of which was a career-high for Curtis.
The Red Rocks handled their business in the fourth and final rotation on beam going 49.275 for a 197.200 – 196.100 victory over the Pioneers.
Zirbes scored a 9.825 her first time back in the beam lineup since January. Ryssman followed suit with another 9.825 while Padurariu added a 9.875. Neff matched her career-high of 9.95, while Winger finished things up with a 9.80.
For a fifth-straight week, Neff took the all-around title with a 39.650, while Zirbes took second with a 39.375 in her first time back in the all-around since competing against ASU.
