Utes in the Pros: Week 6
10/15/2026 11:04 AM | Football
SALT LAKE CITY – Pro Utes are making an impact all across the NFL as Week 6 of the regular season approaches. This weekend's slate is projected to 23 Utah Football alumni with 30 former Utah Utes in total on rosters throughout the league.
Â
Four division-leading clubs have at least one roster connection to Utah Football, including Zemaiah Vaughn with the Minnesota Vikings—one of just three remaining undefeated clubs.
Â
In addition to the field, former Utah Utes are making their mark on NFL sidelines as well. Former quarterback Brian Johnson (2004-08) is now on the Los Angeles Rams' staff as a senior offensive assistant, while Utah signal-caller Mike McCoy (1992-94) has joined the Las Vegas Raiders as assistant head coach.
