SALT LAKE CITY – The University of Utah lacrosse team released its schedule ahead of the 2026 season, head coach
Andrew McMinn announced Friday.
Fans will have six opportunities to see the Utes, who have claimed the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship in two of the last three seasons, at home this year. Home games will not be ticketed in 2026 and fans will be permitted to enter free of charge.
"We're excited about our schedule for this upcoming spring," Coach McMinn said. "We'll see some familiar opponents along with a few new programs we're looking forward to competing against. We have a strong balance between home and away games and are confident that the level of competition will prepare us to achieve our ultimate goals."
After an exhibition against Notre Dame, Utah will open the season on the road at Delaware before heading to North Carolina to face Duke on Feb. 6. The home slate gets underway on Valentine's Day when the Utes take on Denver before heading back on the road to face Merrimack on Feb. 21. The Utes then return to Salt LAX City will take on Iona in the first-ever meeting between the two programs on Feb. 28 and Dartmouth for the second time in program history on March 7.
Utah will hit the road for its lone midweek game of the regular season, taking on Marquette on Wednesday, March 11, before wrapping up the nonconference schedule on March 21 at Virginia.
ASUN play gets underway on March 28 when Utah hosts Bellarmine. The Utes then hit the road for conference games at Mercer and Jacksonville to start the month of April. The regular season comes to a close with back-to-back home games against Queens on April 18 and a rematch of last season's ASUN Championship game against Air Force on April 25.
The ASUN Conference Tournament will be held from April 30 through May 3 at Rock Stadium in Jacksonville, Fla. Utah is 6-2 all-time in the conference tournament.
"As always, our focus remains on Utah Lacrosse – staying true to who we are, regardless of the unique challenges each opponent presents," McMinn added.
