IRVING, Tex. – The Big 12 Conference announced its annual volleyball award winners on Tuesday, and Utah Volleyball collected five all-conference honors, the most for the program in a single season since 2006 when Utah competed in the Mountain West.
Kamryn Gibadlo and
Allie Olsen were named All-Big 12 first-team selections, while
Lauren Jardine and
Emrie Satuala earned second-team honors, and
Isabelle Marco collected All-Rookie Team accolades.

Gibadlo was one of six All-Big 12 first-team selections named by a unanimous decision. She led the Utah offense on multiple fronts with 21 double-digit kill matches with 353 total kills and averaging 3.43 kills per set. In 18 conference matches, Gibadlo posted a .256 hitting percentage, averaging 3.51 kills per set. Gibadlo has set a new career-high in kills multiple times this season, setting her current mark on the road at Colorado with 20 kills. A threat from the service line, Gibadlo leads the Utes with 37 aces ranking eighth in the Big 12, adding 22 aces against conference opponents.Â

Olsen earns All-Big 12 first-team honors, finishing as one of the most efficient attackers in Utah history. Olsen has been a force on both sides of the net for the Utes accounting for 186 kills with a team-high .407 hitting percentage, ranking second in the Big 12. She has consistently ranked as one of the most efficient attackers in the nation, sitting in the top 25 in the country for hitting percentage and the top five in the conference. At the net, Olsen adds 89 blocks for the Utah defense, averaging .93 blocks per set.

Jardine caps off her Utah career by earning All-Big 12 second-team honors. She has recorded 235 kills, averaging nearly three kills per set with a .271 hitting percentage. She has led the Utah attacking effort six times, eclipsing the double-digit mark 11 times this season. In conference, she has tallied 151 kills, averaging 2.60 kills per set with a .266 hitting percentage against conference opponents. At the net, Jardine has the third-most blocks on the team with 74 stops.

Satuala adds her first postseason award since coming to Utah, after earning Big Sky Freshman of the Year along with Big Sky second team honors in 2022. She finished 10 matches with double-digit kills, leading the Utah attack in five matches. A dominant force at the net, Satuala finished the regular season lead the team with 108 blocks, averaging 1.09 blocks per set and ranking seventh in the Big 12. She recorded a season-high 11 blocks in the second match of the season against Utah State and has led the Utes at the net on 14 separate occasions.

In her first season with the Utes, Marco earns All-Rookie team honors. A key part of helping the Utah offense run, Marco tallied 586 assists averaging 5.75 assists per set. Appearing in all 29 matches with 20 starts under her belt, Marco led the Utes in assists 21 times with a season and career-high 35 assists in the Big 12 opener against Texas Tech.

Utah will host first- and second-round matches of the NCAA Women's Volleyball Tournament this Thursday and Friday at the Huntsman Center. Utah will face the College of Charleston in the first round on Thursday, Dec. 5, at 7:30 p.m.Â
