MINNEAPOLIS - Three more Utah swimming school records fell on the second evening of the Minnesota Invitational as freshman Andrew Britton set a new standard in the 100 breast while the men's and women's 200 medley relays also eclipsed previous marks.

Emma Lawless, Genny Robertson, Aryanna Fernandes and Gillian St. John swam the women's event in 1:36.55 while Daniel McArthur, Britton, Clay Stoddard and Rodolfo Moreira won the event for the men's side in 1:24.39

Britton set a new mark in the 100 breast in the evening's finals with a NCAA "B" cut time of 53.30. Ethan Dillard was right behind him with the eighth-fastest mark in Utah history (54.99). For the women, Robertson and Darby Wayner also achieved NCAA "B" cut times.

The women made it a clean sweep in the 400 IM with Jordan Anderson, Grace Horvath and Christina Pick garnering the top spots. Anderson swam a NCAA "B" cut time of 4:12.84 while Horvath was behind her with the seventh-fastest time in Utah history (4:21.06).

Jackson Cunningham won the same event for the men with a time of 3:51.25, sixth-fastest in Utah history and a NCAA "B" cut time. Dillard grabbed the runner-up position with a time of 3:51.59

The Ute women also swept the 100 back with Audrey Reimer pacing the contingent. The freshman swam the fourth-fastest time in Utah history (54.00). She nudged out Lawless, who swam the third fastest time in Utah history during the prelims (53.97). Emma Broome placed third this evening in 54.10

After a record-setting performance last night, McArthur won the men's 100 back with a NCAA "B" cut time of 46.74. David Fridlander was the runner-up with the third-fastest time in Utah history and another NCAA "B" cut mark (47.36).

The men rolled through the 100 fly with Colten Montgomery winning and Stoddard taking second with the seventh-fastest time in Utah history (47.93). Tony Puertas moved into eighth all-time with a mark of 48.20

Fernandes paced the women's contingent winning the event with the third fastest time in Utah history and NCAA "B" cut mark of 53.01. Lawless was second, but swam a 53.63 in prelims, also a NCAA "B" cut time and sixth-fastest mark in Utah history.

The men also dominated the 200 free with Austin Phillips winning with a NCAA "B" cut time of 1:34.99. Rahiti De Vos took second (1:38.76) and Luke Yost was third, swimming a 1:39.06 in prelims.

Ianire Casarin was the runner-up in the women's event with the sixth fastest time in Utah history (1:47.65). Sarah Lott placed third after a preliminary swim of 1:47.31, the fourth fastest mark in Utah history.

The third and final day of the Minnesota Invitational gets underway tomorrow at 9 a.m. with finals set for 5 p.m.
