North Dakota State, San Diego State, Weber State Match Notes ![]()
The University of Utah volleyball team begins a busy three-match week with a non-conference home match against North Dakota State tonight Crimson Court. First serve is set for 7 p.m.

Last Time Out: Utah defeated BYU, 3-2 (18-25, 25-20, 21-25, 25-12, 15-6), in a Deseret First Duel match Friday at Crimson Court.The Utes have won six consecutive matches in the series, dating back to Nov. 27, 2007. It was also the third consecutive five-set win for the Utes over BYU at Crimson Court. Utah outhit BYU .248 to .123 in the match and held a 15-10 edge in blocks.
`Barto' Hits 1,000 Career Kills: Karolina Bartkowiak (Aurora, Ill.) became the 12th member of the University of Utah volleyball team's 1,000-kill club Friday against BYU. She now has 1,002 career kills, which leaves her 54 kills away from passing Sheila Cottrell-Sorenson (1,055 career kills from 1983-86) for 11th place in the school record book with nine more regular-season matches remaining this season.
Fisher Approaches School Dig Record: Utah libero Keisha Fisher (Ririe, Idaho) now owns 1,458 career digs, which is 118 short of tying the school record with nine more regular-season matches remaining. Fisher needs to average 13.1 digs per set to equal the record.
Lanting Hits For Career High: Jennifer Lanting (Corcoran, Calif.) recorded a career-high 14 kills on 25 attempts for a .400 hitting percentage Friday against BYU.
