COACH KEPLER'S TWO CENTS:
"The Drake Relays is one of the biggest track meets in our country on an annual basis. We will be running a few relays and select individuals have received invitations to compete in individual events. This meet features some of the best teams and athletes in the country. This is also the site of this years NCAA Outdoor Track and Field championships, so it will be an opportunity for some of our athletes to get comfortable with that site.
"The Robison Invitational hosted by BYU is another high quality meet. It always produces good marks and the competition is very good. We need to see solid improvement in each event group at both meets this weekend. Hopefully, we can land a few more regional qualifying marks and keep improving our position within the conference individual event standings. We're hoping to get some good weather at both meets to help us along, because we know the competition will be good regardless. It's time for our kids to start stepping up and making big strides forward."
