THIS WEEK:
The University of Utah women's tennis team is preparing for the MWC Tournament, which will be held April 26-29 in San Diego, Calif.
LAST WEEEK:
The Utes had a winning weekend by taking all three matches against conference rivals Air Force (5-2), Wyoming (6-1), and Colorado State (4-2).
UTE NOTES:
The Utah women's tennis team has an 11-9 overall record and a 3-5 mark in conference play. Sophomore Elizabeth Ferris received a new ranking by the ITA on April 18, placing her at No. 96.
MWC TOURNAMENT PREVIEW:
Utah opens play in the MWC Tournament on Thursday, April 27 at 10:00 a.m. (PST). The Utes are the No. 6 seed and will play No. 3-seeded UNLV in the quarterfinals.
