SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah men's tennis team will play host for the U of U Intercollegiate Tournament this week at the Sports Mall located in Murray. The fall opener will be held from Thursday, Oct. 5 through Saturday, Oct. 7.
The teams participating in the competition include the University of Utah, Montana State, and in-state rivals Utah State, and Weber State. Competition will begin at 10:00 a.m. each day.
The Utes ended last season with a 15-10 overall record and a No.61 national ranking by the ITA. Utah also tied for fourth place in the Mountain West Conference.
