> Utah (5-5, 3-4 MWC) closes out its regular season on Saturday, Nov. 19 at Brigham Young (6-4, 5-2 MWC) ... Kickoff is 1:00 p.m. MT in LaVell Edwards Stadium ... The Utah-BYU game will be televised by ESPN+Plus and will also be available on ESPN GamePlan. It will be shown locally on KJZZ.
> Utah will play without starting quarterback Brian Johnson (knee) and leading wide receiver John Madsen (ankle). Getting his first NCAA start will be junior Brett Ratliff (6-4, 195). More details can be found later in this release.
> Saturday's game matches the two most prolific offenses in the league. Utah leads the Mountain West Conference in total offense (463.5 average), while BYU is second at 461.8 yards per game. The teams rank No. 12 and No. 13, respectively, nationally. Utah's injured QB Brian Johnson has accounted for 3,370 of Utah's 4,635 total yards (an average of 337.0 ypg). Johnson finishes his season ranked No. 3 nationally in total offense.
> Utah leads the all-time series 51-31-4 (including the six years when BYU was known as BY Academy). Utah has won three straight and eight of the last 12 games. Utah holds a 16-15-1 advantage in Provo and is 5-1 since 1993. For complete details on the Utah-BYU series, please see page 2 of this release.
> A win would make the Utes bowl eligible for the third-straight year and the fourth time in the past five years.
