LAS VEGAS - The University of Utah women's tennis team (4-10, 2-3 MWC) dropped its second match at the Fertitta Tennis Complex in Las Vegas, a 7-0 loss to No. 54 San Diego State (7-7).
San Diego State swept the doubles action, and went on to win all of the singles matches in straight sets. The Utes were without Heidi Thomas on the weekend, who had been playing at No. 4 and 5, due to an ankle injury.
