SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah women's tennis team has sprinted out of the gates in the 2000 season with a 3-0 mark. Utah downed Wyoming Sunday, 8-1 at the Eccles Tennis Center.
Each of the Utes victories came in straight sets, as they made quick work of their Mountain West Conference opponent.
Utah's 3-0 record will be tested this weekend at No. 34 Washington State and against No. 66 Colorado at home.
