ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The University of Utah women's tennis team helped New Mexico extend its home-court winning streak to 29 in a 9-0 loss to the Lobos. The Utes forced three three-set matches in singles, as No. 76 Megan Payne fell, 6-3, 6-7(5), 6-1, to No. 53 Ana Friganovic. Playing in the No. 6 spot, freshman Jane McBroom made her collegiate debut, dropping a 4-6, 6-1, 6-3 match to Nicoleta Spilca. In No. 5 action Brooke Wilkinson faltered to Neza Kurnik, 3-6, 6-2, 6-3. New Mexico cruised in doubles play, handing the Utes three decisive losses.
