Assistant cross country ski coach Stephan Kunz enters his first season with the Utes. Kunz will assist Sweeney with the cross country program. The Liechtenstein native will provide the athletes with the day-to-day management, training and race preparation. Kunz will help to reach the big goals of the Utah ski team. His focus will be to provide the athletes with knowledge in training, techniques and waxing. [quote] I[apos]m looking forward to that great challenge. Kunz has raced at the highest level in the world for nine years. The seasoned veteran skier took part in three Olympic Winter games, including the Salt Lake City Winter Games and five Nordic World Ski Championships. Kunz[apos]s best results have been two second-place finishes and one third-place finish at the World Cup races. In 2000, Kunz took seventh overall at the World Cup. The nordic skier will also be pursuing a bachelor[apos]s degree in business administration at the U.
