SALT LAKE CITY — Longtime Red Rock staff member
Mady White has received a title change to Chief of Staff per Utah Gymnastics head coach
Carly Dockendorf.
"Mady consistently brings clarity, structure, and forward momentum to complex initiatives," said Dockendorf. "She has played a key leadership role in aligning staff, and ensuring our operations support the broader goals of the program. Her contributions reflect not just operational excellence, but true organizational leadership."
White has been a valuable member of the Red Rocks family since she was hired as their Associate Director of Communications back in 2019 after serving four years [2015-19] as a student assistant.
In 2023, White took over as the program's Director of Operations where she played a key leadership role between the staff and student-athletes, going above and beyond the call of duty that prompted Dockendorf to make the title change.
"Mady has significantly expanded the scope and impact of the position beyond its original description," continued Dockendorf. "She has become a central figure in strategic planning and decision-making across our team. The title 'Chief of Staff' better reflects the depth of her responsibilities, and the influence she holds across our team. I'm confident this title change will honor both the work Mady is already doing, and aligns with how she's perceived internally and externally."Â
