SALT LAKE CITY — The University of Utah's Crimson Club, the official fundraising arm of Utah Athletics, today announced an evolution in its membership program, unveiling new benefits designed to bring donors closer to the Utes' athletics programs.
Since the Crimson Club's founding in 1983, members have played a vital role in shaping the legacy of Utah Athletics by supporting student-athletes, building champions and fueling the transformative power of higher education. Now, as college athletics enters a new era, the Crimson Club is redefining what it means to be a member.
The enhancements come after extensive feedback from thousands of Crimson Club members through surveys, focus groups and numerous conversations. After wide research, the Crimson Club is emphasizing meaningful connections, greater access and valuable impact to fund championship programs at Utah.
These changes represent the first significant adjustment of membership levels and benefits since 2012. During that time, costs of scholarships and increased operational needs to support our student-athletes at a championship level have grown substantially.
New membership benefits include:
- Crimson Club Huddles – Exclusive interviews with Utah coaches, student-athletes and staff
- Invitations to Team Practices – First-hand access to teams' preparations for game day
- Exclusive Under Armour Discounts – Special pricing on official Utah Athletics gear
- Discounted Game Day Concessions – Discounted food and drinks at home football games
The benefits are designed to strengthen the bond between Crimson Club members and the students and programs that they support.
Crimson Club members are encouraged to watch for an email outlining these new enhancements. For more information about the new Crimson Club membership levels and benefits, please visit
